Cancellation Policy

We prioritize our clients and understand that life is unpredictable and plans can change. As we provide our services, last minute cancellations can affect our schedule and preparation. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:

48 Hours Before Appointment Notice: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

24 Hours Before Appointment : Appointments canceled within this window will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost to cover: time, travel,  preparation expenses. Clients are allowed to reschedule once and 25% of the cancellation fee will be applied toward the cost of the rescheduled service. If the rescheduled service is canceled, the 25% fee is forfeited and no refund or further credit will be issued.

Same Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost due to the time and resources already committed.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you are running late, please inform us in a timely manner and keep us up to date on your ETA (estimated time of arrival). Our technician will wait for up to 15 minutes past scheduled time for ALL parties arrival. After 15 minutes, it will be considered a "no-show" and you will be charged the full service amount.
